Iftiin means light in Somali. I am an independent video producer specializing in documentary about social justice issues. Based in Francisco, CA, I serve the non profit and foundation comunity by providing high quality video production. I am dedicated to spreading peace and progress through telling the stories of those who are exploited by or excluded from the mass media. I am currently working on Maternidad la Luz an hour long documentary following two women on their transformative journey to become midwives. I am always looking for meaningful projects to collaborate on and to help other documentary filmmakers.
